I got a text today from Miami New Times and it says the following:

Audition for MTV True Life+Receive PLastic Surgery frm Best of Miami 2012 Dr Salzhauer. Casting until 6/21! 

Does that mean if you audition, you can get plastic surgery? 
I’m so confused. What could this True Life possibly be about? :O
